This is a big 16G, with 1.89" Inducer and 2.68" Exducer. It is ported and has a bigger internal wastegate which supports 380HP and 505 CFM, and rated at 36lbs
It fits 89-94 Mitsubishi Eclipse, Eagle Talon, Lancer EVO III, Glant VR4, Plymouth Laser and other models with the 4G63 2.0 engine. It replaces the 14B turbo and is a direct bolt on.
It Also fits THE 95-99 ECLIPSE 2G, with 4G63T Engine, it comes with mounting bracket. It bolts on.
